Kunde - fresh vegetable- Vigna unguiculata

Kunde  (Vigna unguiculata ) provides good source of protein and calcium, important for muscle strength and bone development. 

Cook by  boiled. You can serve together with meat, chicken, among other proteins.  

Serve it with Ugali, rice or stewed bananas.
